The last few meals is our house have been awesome local foods from either my garden or the coop. Last night we had pinto beans with a griffieon family farms ham hock, kale from wilted greens, potatoes from huber family farms, garlic from tesdale farms, and onions and jalepenos from the coop also.
Tonight we are having from scratch spaghetti sauce from tomatoes, peppers. Onion garlic ground beef all from the coop, and from scratch pasta made with coop eggs. Being locavore means good eats!
